Will the ice cream be left on the doorstep if the recipient isn’t at home?
Yes, the ice cream is packed with dry ice which keeps it frozen until 6pm on the day of delivery, so it’s not a problem if the person receiving your gift box is not at home.
How long will the ice cream stay cold for if the recipient is not at home to receive it?
The ice cream is packed with dry ice which keeps it cold until 6pm on the day of delivery, so it should still be frozen when they get home.
How much space will the ice cream take up in my freezer?
6 x 460ml tubs of our utterly delicious ice cream takes up approximately as much space as a standard shoe box (not as much as you might think!).
How should I dispose of the dry ice?
Dry ice is frozen carbon dioxide and needs to be handled carefully by a responsible adult. You should always wear gloves or cover your hands with a tea towel before touching the dry ice packs as it has a temperature of minus 97 degrees which can cause skin damage if touched. Once you have removed your ice cream and treats from the gift box the dry ice packs should be resealed in the box and left for 24 hours in a secure, well-ventilated place. After 24 hours the contents can be recycled.
Can I order fewer than 6 tubs?
Our ice cream boxes are gifts, and we feel that the complete package of 6 tubs of ice cream, a recipe book and tote bag create a great gift, so at this stage we are not offering the option to purchase fewer tubs.
I love the tote bag, can I just buy it?
Unfortunately, the tote bags are only available to purchase as part of our ice cream gift box at this time.
Can I order the box with just ice cream?
Our ice cream boxes are gifts, and we feel that the complete package of 6 tubs of ice cream, a recipe book and tote bag create a great gift, so at this stage we are not offering the option to purchase only tubs of ice cream.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UK, except the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Island, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey and postcode areas: AB 31 – AB 53 and PH15 – PH18. Unfortunately, it takes 2 days to reach these places meaning we can’t guarantee the ice cream will stay frozen.
